Walk from the interchange
La Laguna’s historic centre is known for its pedestrian streets, so use the interchange as your bus reference point and continue on foot.

TITSA names Santa Cruz Intercambiador and La Laguna Intercambiador on line 15. Those endpoints make the route a clearer choice than a bus that only shares part of the TF-5 corridor.

Why visit La Laguna

Tram line 1 as the alternative
Metrotenerife runs two tram lines in the Santa Cruz–La Laguna metropolitan area. Line 1, Santa Cruz–La Laguna, serves the main public offices, cultural and educational centres, hospitals and shopping areas of both cities, with separate weekday and weekend timetables at each stop. Line 2 runs across line 1, linking La Cuesta, Taco and Tíncer, the most densely populated districts of the two municipalities.
One card for bus and tram
TITSA says its ten+ Day and 7-day travelcards give unlimited trips on buses and the tram across the island, and that a ten+ Wallet balance is valid on both. Cards are sold at airport ticket machines, TITSA stations and the tram’s ticket machines.
