Getting to Loro Parque
TITSA line 381 runs from Plaza Reyes Católicos in Puerto de la Cruz to Punta Brava (Loro Parque) and La Longuera, with working-day, Saturday, and Sunday-and-holiday tables. The table times the line at Plaza Reyes Católicos and La Longuera; Loro Parque is a stop on the way, with no time of its own. To reach Puerto de la Cruz, see the guides from Tenerife North Airport and Santa Cruz.

Get to know Loro Parque.
Loro Parque, at Avenida Loro Parque in Puerto de la Cruz, is home to more than 40,000 exotic animals, some of them threatened, of over 600 species and subspecies, WebTenerife says. Its themed areas include Coral Kingdom, one of the largest coral reefs outside the oceans, and Lion’s Kingdom, a recreation of the African savannah. Opening hours and prices are on the park’s own site.

Science you can see

-
On the Puerto de la Cruz seafront
The park stands beside the Playa Jardín complex at Punta Brava, so a visit pairs with the town’s beaches and historic centre.

Asked and answered
Questions people ask about Loro Parque
How do I get to Loro Parque by bus?
From Puerto de la Cruz, TITSA line 381 runs from Plaza Reyes Católicos via Punta Brava (Loro Parque) to La Longuera, with tables for working days, Saturdays and Sundays and holidays. Reach Puerto de la Cruz first on line 30 from Tenerife North Airport or line 100 from Santa Cruz.
Is there a bus to Loro Parque from the south of Tenerife?
No single TITSA line, but one change can do it: line 343 runs from Costa Adeje Station through both airports to Puerto de la Cruz station in about 100 minutes, and line 381 continues from the station to the park, so when a 343 and a 381 fit your morning that is two legs, not three. Otherwise it is line 110 to Santa Cruz, line 100 to Puerto de la Cruz and line 381 to the park. The transfer-and-entry offer on this site is marketed from the southern resorts for that reason; compare it with the buses before booking.
Can I walk to Loro Parque from Puerto de la Cruz?
The park is at Punta Brava, at the western end of the town’s seafront beside the Playa Jardín beaches, so it is a seafront walk from the centre for those who prefer not to wait for line 381. This site has not measured the distance.
