For La Laguna, get off at the interchange
TITSA’s route description says that towards Santa Cruz the bus sets down at La Laguna Intercambiador’s outside stop only. La Laguna’s UNESCO-listed historic centre is a walk from there.

For Santa Cruz, stay on to the end
Line 20 continues along the TF-5 motorway and the bus lane to Santa Cruz Intercambiador, the station for the tram, the Puerto de la Cruz buses and the lines to the south.

Where does line 20 leave from in Santa Cruz?
TITSA says every line 20 departure from Santa Cruz Intercambiador leaves from the outside stop in the hall opposite the courts (stop 2418, Calle Dr. Antonio Perera Reyes), not from a platform inside. A footnoted trip or two leaves from the line 15 stop inside first; the footnotes are printed with those departures.

Aena lists night line 104 at TFN. It runs between Santa Cruz, La Laguna and Puerto de la Cruz, and TITSA marks which 104 trips pass the airport, so check that mark before relying on it after a late arrival.
