Yes, on line 946 from Santa Cruz Intercambiador over the ridge via San Andrés and El Bailadero, about an hour to Almáciga. On a holiday use the Sun & holidays table. The returns leave Almáciga and pass Taganana a few minutes later; there are few of them and no other bus, so choose yours on the board before you set off.

Yes, on line 355 from Santiago del Teide. TITSA prints Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays on a table of their own, separate from Wednesday to Saturday, and its school-day trips do not run on a Sunday. Some trips end at Masca instead of going on to Buenavista, and the board says which. The village by bus is not the gorge walk, which is booked separately and ends at the sea with a boat.

Yes: night line 711 runs through the night via Los Cristianos to Estación Costa Adeje, and at TFS it boards at Departures, not at the arrivals stop. Its small-hours trips sit at the end of Friday's tab, after the evening ones: stay on the day you land and read past the evening rows. Count from when you have your bags, not from touchdown, and know which 711 you would take if you miss the first.

TITSA says line 342 runs with a vehicle adapted for passengers with reduced mobility: one bus up in the morning from Estación Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos, one back in the afternoon from El Portillo, the Teleférico and the Parador. That covers the bus, not the paths in the park, the cable car or a guaranteed wheelchair space: check those with the park and the cable car before you go.

Only as a short outing. Line 40 runs every day between TFS, Los Cristianos and Estación Costa Adeje, 40 minutes by TITSA's page. Start counting when you are actually out with your bags, and choose a return that reaches the airport at least an hour before you must be there, never the last one that fits. TITSA takes an unfolded pushchair only when the space is free and asks you to fold it on buses with steps; room for suitcases is not promised, and do not count on the airport keeping them.

Yes, by ferry from Los Cristianos to San Sebastián de La Gomera: Fred. Olsen Express and Baleària Canarias both run it, about 50 minutes. Book the outward and the return sailing for your date on the operator's own site before you go, be at the terminal by the check-in time it gives, and let the last sailing back, not the bus, decide the day. Los Cristianos is on line 40 from the south airport; the walk from the stop to the pier is about 15 minutes.

Only on a long call, and only on an early return. Line 946 takes about an hour each way from Almáciga, with few buses. Count back from all-aboard: take off the walk to your quay and at least an hour of buffer, then choose a return that reaches Santa Cruz before that point, never the last bus and never the one before it out of habit. No bus guarantees the ship; La Laguna on line 15 or the tram is the safer port day.

Line 343 links the two airports directly, with four trips each way on every day type, at different times on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays-and-holidays. What counts is the time it reaches TFS against your airline's check-in close, not its departure: if the only 343 that fits arrives after check-in closes, it is not a plan. The alternative is line 20 to Santa Cruz and line 10 to TFS, with a change, or a taxi; the guide prints the 343 board for your day.

Not reliably. TITSA's note says that towards Puerto de la Cruz the bus does not pick up at stop 4254, Aguamansa, unless it is stopping there to set someone down. Board the 348 at a stop TITSA times on the way back (the Parador, the Teleférico or El Portillo) instead of waiting for it in Aguamansa.
