The northern circuit: 348 up, 341 across, 348 home
Line 341 runs inside the park between the Parador by the Roques de García and Portillo Bajo: two trips a day each way, every day, 20 minutes by TITSA’s page, and its board is on this page under the 348’s. By bus, the circuit from the north is the 348 up to the Parador, the Roques de García on foot, the 341 from the Parador towards Portillo Bajo, and the 348 home, which TITSA times at El Portillo. TITSA names Portillo Alto, the visitor centre and Portillo Bajo as three stops while the 348 prints “El Portillo”, so ask the driver of the 341 where to get off for the 348, and take a 341 that leaves you there well before it.
Aguamansa restriction
TITSA says that toward Puerto de la Cruz, stop 4254 at Aguamansa does not pick up unless the bus is also stopping to set down passengers.

Cable car ticket and summit permit are separate
A bus stop at the Teleférico does not include a ride. The cable car rises to an upper station at 3,555 m, where a ticket covers two of the three trails; the summit trail needs a national-park permit issued through Tenerife ON.

Can I see the Roques de García and El Portillo in one day by bus?
Yes, with line 341 inside the park: two trips a day each way, every day. Ride the 348 up to the Parador, walk to the Roques de García, take the 341 towards Portillo Bajo and the 348 home from El Portillo, asking the 341 driver where to get off for it.
